Easiest Way To make your Beauty Always Beautifull

1)    A basic law of beauty is that everyone, no matter what skin type, should moisturise. As it is important to maintain the skin's moisture content, you should use a moisturiser daily. Even more special care should be taken in winters, as the skin tends to become dry fast because of the cold. So in winter, you should massage your body twice or thrice a day with moisturiser
2)   If you run out of nail polish remover, you can remove cracked or chipped nail polish by applying a clear top coat to the nail and removing it promptly with a cotton ball.
3)   It's true the healthier you are, the healthier your skin and hair will be. But popping supplements without discussing them with your doctor can do more harm than good. Why? Because mixing certain vitamins and minerals can have the opposite effect of what you're hoping. Talk to your doc before popping any pills.
4)  Giving yourself a natural glow avec blush is an in look for spring. But you'll want to avoid brushing on too much (lest you look like a clown). So always start your blush line two finger widths away from your nose and only apply it on the apples of your cheeks. This will ensure you create a natural glow without going overboard.
5)   The fastest way to clear your skin of any oily breakout, especially in the summer, is to use blotting papers. They'll clean up the excess oil on your epidermis and will prevent breakouts
6)  Shave your face, legs or underarms in the shower after standing under warm water for a few minutes. This will help open up hair follicles and will soften hairs so they're less coarse to shave.
7)  When choosing a foundation, test a product on the skin near your jawline. And be sure to do it in natural light. This will ensure the foundation tone you choose for your face isn't too different from the natural shade of your neck.
8)   Never brush curls out with a brush. Instead, loosen them with your fingers. This will give curls added lift without flattening them down.
9)   Wash your face at least twice a day (but no more than thrice) with a cleanser that suits your skin. Select your cleanser depending upon your skin type (dry, oily, normal or combination). You can also choose aloe-vera for cleansing. Be careful not to cleanse too often. Also, never wash your face with water that's hot or too cold, as both can cause broken capillaries
10)           Some beauty labels actually display false information, so don't believe everything you read. If a product promises instant results or all-day protection, it may be too good to be true
11)           Exfoliation helps replenish the required oils of the body and removes dry, dead skin cells and dirt from the face. Try to exfoliate at least once or twice a week. You can also opt to cleanse your face on a regular basis.
12)          If you've just had your hair dyed, the last thing you want is for the colour to fade. One surefire way to prevent such a mishap from happening? Use a deep-conditioning treatment once a month. This will help lock in colour and has the added benefit of staving off dry and damaged locks.
13)          Save money on your beauty routine by taking care of your feet on a daily basis. Simply scrub your foot with a pumice stone each morning in the shower. Once you step out and dry off, apply a moisture cream to your feet. This will increase the amount of time you can go without a pedicure and will keep your toes healthy and fungus-free.
14)          Sunscreen is probably the most essential component of one's skincare regimen. Wrinkles, which are the number one sign of aging, are triggered by sun exposure. So it is essential to make use of sunscreen from your early years. Don't forget sunscreen even in winter and on cloudy days.
15)          Chapped lips can be your worst nightmare. They hurt a lot and they don't look good. You should apply a lip balm or oil or gel on your lips so that they won't chap out.
16)          A humidifier will help regain smoothness of the skin. In winters, the skin becomes drier, so a humidifier becomes necessary.
17)          mmediately after stepping out of a shower, pool or lake/ocean, apply some sort of cream to skin. Water washes away the skin's natural oils and applying moisture cream will prevent skin chapping.
18)           In order to remove product build-up from locks, use a clarifying shampoo once a week. This will also help prevent dandruff and other annoying hair/scalp conditions.
19)           If you are sleep-deprived, your skin will look sallow, dull, tired and saggy. A well-disciplined routine and at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night are important for good skin.
20)          Self-tanner is a convenient way to have a golden, summertime hue. “It’s a vegetable dye that attaches to the top, dead layer of skin cells,” says Dr. Jang. “People get self-tanner streaks because the product has been applied unevenly, or dead skin cells haven’t been exfoliated properly in advance [of application].” If you have self-tanner streaks, that box of baking soda lurking in your cupboard is your new best friend. Non-toxic and easy to use, just wet some baking soda in your hand and massage the area of your tanning mishap. “It gets pasty and gritty - it’s exfoliating. It’s simply taking off some of the skin cells and lightening the streaking,” says Dr. Jang.
21)          Water is of prime importance to maintain good health and overall cleansing. It is recommended that you drink at least seven to eight glasses a day to keep your skin hydrated.
22)         Instead of spending money on cuticle cream, you can use extra-moisturizing and hydrating eye cream to cure dry cuticles
23)         Our skin craves different things depending on the time of year. So change up your beauty routine based on the seasons. In the winter, add more moisturizing creams to your daily beauty list. In summer, ensure you're using lots of SPF.
24)         If you can't brush your teeth after a meal, chewing sugar-free gum can help prevent cavities. The chewing action triggers saliva flow in the mouth. “Saliva has the ability to neutralize acids produced by bacteria in the mouth following a meal,” says Dr. Euan Swan, the Canadian Dental Associations’ Manager of Dental Programs. “If the acids aren’t neutralized quickly following a meal, they can cause a softening of tooth enamel that may lead to a cavity.” While chewing gum isn’t recommended as an alternative to a proper hygiene routine of brushing and flossing, it can be beneficial when you're on the go.
25)         Your diet also affects the skin, especially the vitamins that you consume. You should eat vitamin-rich food items such as oats, avocado, other fruits and vegetables. Concentrate on vitamins A and E in proper amounts. Stay away from oily, greasy food as it can lead to the onset of pimples
26)         To make split ends less noticeable, apply a heavy hair repair cream to lock in moisture before and after using a flat iron or a blow-drye
27)         Avoid applying conditioner directly to your hair's roots -- just apply the heavy moisturizing cream to your locks' ends.
28)          For a safe, natural way to deflate eye puffiness, try potatoes. The vegetable has a soothing effect on swollen skin tissues. Cut two slices from a freshly washed and peeled raw potato. Lie down, placing the slices on your eyes. Ten minutes later, remove the potato pieces and rinse the eye area with lukewarm water. “[Potatoes] are astringent, so they can help decrease water retention and therefore, puffy eyes,” says Dr. Jang. In addition to easing puffiness, potatoes have another trick. “Their liquid starch content [contains] an enzyme called catalase that can help lighten dark circles a little bit,” says Dr. Jang. “Sometimes you see it in the over-the-counter skin lightening products – appearing as an enzyme called catecholase.”
29)          This probably sounds crazy, but using an oil-based product to remove makeup or excess dirt from your skin can actually improve your epidermis' condition. Why? Over-cleaning stimulates the sebum glands, which causes skin to over-produce oil. Using oil-based products will have the opposite effect.
30)          Exercising makes you sweat a lot and in the process your skin cleans itself. It also helps you excrete waste and take in fresh oxygen.
31)          Dr. Frances Jang, a Vancouver-based dermatologist at Skinworks, says that we should resist the urge to scrub away flaky, dead skin cells when the temperature drops. “The skin is a little more sensitive in winter,” she says. “If you’re using a hand-held microdermabrader, glycolic exfoliators, or retinols, I would caution people, don’t overdo it.” Dr. Jang says these exfoliating tools can make dry skin worse in the winter especially when they’re used too often.
32)         Believe it or not, dabbing toothpaste onto a pimple is a quick and easy way to dry it out.
33)         Whether you use a razor, a Q-tip or a powder brush, make sure to clean your beauty tools. After even a couple uses, they become breeding grounds for bacteria, which can cause breakouts, eczema and many other skin conditions
34)         The effectiveness of products -- not to mention the amount of bacteria they breed -- wares after only a few months. Ditch old items and replace them with new ones.
