Easy Diet Tips No. 1: Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages. Do you know? eating a 12 glass water/day continously for 1 month can at least reduce your fat by 1kg

Easy Diet Tips No. 2: Increase the portion of vegetables and lower your carbohidrate portion this is the basic.

Easy Diet Tips No. 3: Do some little warm up after your wake up at least 3-6 minutes/day this will burn some little calories but the best effects is you will refreshed and the trick is after you are doing exercise, just say to yourself that you want to be healthy and loose some weight at least for 1 - 2 minutes, it seems crazy but yu will see the effect

Easy Diet Tips No. 4: Combine carbohidrate food with vegetables or meat with vegetables for your lunch, remember protein with carbohidrate at least for 1 week and see the results

Easy Diet Tips No. 5: Don't forget your breakfast, because it is important thing, at least eat something at breakfast before you are going out. and remember to eat regularly

Easy Diet Tips No. 6: Just Reduce 10 - 20% of your daily meal portion, it's enough to see the results. don't suddenly drop your food portion to the worst level, it only bring you harm
